摘    要:在理论分析及模拟计算的基础上 ,根据胜利石油化工总厂重油催化裂化装置提升管反应器的实际情况 ,选定轻污油及直馏汽油作为终止剂进行了工业试验。试验结果表明 ,将轻污油和直馏汽油作为终止剂时 ,其轻质油收率分别提高了 1.30 %和 0 .95 %。在焦炭产率略有下降的情况下 ,干气产率大幅度降低 ,而液化气产率明显增加。注终止剂前后轻柴油的性质变化不大 ,而注入两种终止剂后 ,汽油的马达法辛烷值从 79.5分别提高到 80 .1和 80 .4,而研究法辛烷值略有降低

Abstract:On the basis of theoretical research and numerical simulation, the reaction terminating technology is tested industrially by taking light contaminated\|oil and straight gasoline as terminators in Shengli Petrochemical Refinery. The results show that the yields of light fuel oil for the two kinds of terminators increase by 1.30% and 0.95% respectively, and the yields of liquified petroleum gas increase by 0.43% and 1.03% respectively. The motor octane numbers of gasoline increase from 79.5 to 80.1 and 80.4. The property of diesel oil has few change before and after terminator is injected into the riser. The yield of dry gas decreases clearly when the coke yield decreases slightly.
