脉冲反吹过程中陶瓷过滤器滤管内流场的测定与分析

摘    要:在由三根滤管组成的陶瓷过滤器实验装置上 ,利用热线风速仪测定了脉冲反吹过程中滤管内瞬态流场 ,分析了喷吹压力对滤管内流场瞬态速度波形的影响。结果表明 ,滤管内气体流动可分为进气过程和排气过程 ,穿过滤管壁的平均径向反吹速度和回流速度沿滤管轴向分布不均匀是导致滤管外表面清灰不均匀的重要原因。适当增加喷吹压力可以提高滤管进气气流速度 ,进而改善脉冲反吹清灰效果

Abstract:The instantaneous flowfield inside the filtering candle during pulse cleaning process was measured by hot\|wire anemometer on the experimental set\|up of ceramic filter with three filtering candles. The influence of cleaning pressure on the instantaneous axial velocity is analyzed. It is shown that the gas flows in the filtering candle can be divided into inward and outward sections. The difference of average radial velocities along with axis of the candle can result in uneven effect of cleaning dust cake. Increasing cleaning pressure can improve the pulse cleaning efficiency of dust cake on the candle surface.
