服装面料表面反光性能的设计

Design of Fabric Reflection

Surface reflective ray of fabric has close relationship with the luster and the visual style of the fabric. This paper anglicized the problem from the aspects of the general principle and the main factor of the design of the surface reflection ray of the fabric, taking the satin as the example to discuss the design of the surface reflection ray of the fabric. Based on the work, it can be known that the properties of the fiber, the structure of the yam and the fabric are the main factors on the surface reflection of the fabric. Otherwise, the method of the finishing also greatly influenced the surface reflection of the fabric. Among all these factors, the surface of the fiber, the longitudinal form and the properties of the fiber's cross section are the most important. The design of the surface reflection ray of the fabric should synthetically consider all factors.
