超支化环氧树脂增韧增强双酚A型环氧树脂

摘    要:采用一步法合成的低粘度液体型超支化环氧树脂HTDE-2增韧增强双酚A型环氧树脂.研究了HTDE-2含量对HTDE-2/双酚A型环氧杂化树脂力学性能和热学性能的影响.利用红外光谱、扫描电镜、热分析、动态力学分析和分子模拟技术讨论了超支化环氧树脂的结构、杂化树脂的性能和原位增韧增强机理.结果显示:杂化树脂的机械性能随超支化环氧树脂含量的增加先增加后下降,具有最大值;当HTDE-2的含量为9%左右时,杂化树脂的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和断裂韧性分别提高20.7%,14.2%,208.8%和74.9%,综合性能最好,但玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度有所下降.

Abstract:Liquid low-viscosity hyperbranched epoxy resin HTDE-2 synthesized by one-pot method was used to toughen and reinforce the bisphenol-A epoxy resin, and the effect of HTDE-2 content on the mechanical and thermal performances of the HTDE-2/bisphenol-A hybrid resin was investigated. Then, the structure of HTDE-2, the performance as well as the toughening and reinforcing mechanism of the HTDE-2/bisphenol-A hybrid resin were researched by means of FT-IR, SEM, DSC, TGA, DMA and molecular simulation technology. The results indicate that the mechanical performance of the hybrid resin first increases with the HTDE-2 content to a maximum, and then decreases, and that, at a HTDE-2 mass fraction of about 9% in HTDE-2/bisphenol-A hybrid resin, the hybrid resin is of excellent integrated performance, because its tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength and fracture toughness respectively increase by 20. 7%, 14.2%, 208.8% and 74. 9%. However, the corresponding glass transition temperature and thermal degradation temperature are found decreasing to some degree.
