加替沙星的吸附伏安特性及其应用

摘    要:在0.3mol/L KH2PO4-NaH2PO4(pH6.4)底液中,加替沙星(GTF)在汞电极上的线性扫描伏安测试显示一个还原峰,并具有明显的吸附特性,测得GTF在汞电极上的饱和吸附量为40.1pmol/cm2.GTF在汞电极上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,建立了吸附溶出伏安法测定GTF的最佳条件,方法的检出限为20.0nmol/L.

Abstract:In a supporting electrolyte of 0.3 mol/L KH2PO4-NaH2PO4(pH6.4),a reduction peak of Gatifloxacin(GTF) adsorptive characteristics at Hg electrode was observed by linear sweep voltammetry.The saturated adsorption amount was 40.1 pmol/cm2.On the surface of the hanging mercury drop electrode,the adsorption obeyed langmuir adsorption isotherm.A method for the assay of GTF was proposed by adsorptive stripping voltammetry.The detection limit of the method is 20.0 nmol/L under the optimized conditions.
