数字化钣金制造综合实验教学探索

摘    要:介绍了数字化制造技术的发展及其在航空制造业的应用,为了培养掌握这些新技术的创新研究型人才,提出了数字化钣金制造综合创新实验。以拉弯成形为代表,介绍了其实验内容和所用的仪器设备,实验过程、实验组织方式及创新实验的方法。以离散模拉弯成形实验研究的教学为例,讨论了创新研究实验教学过程。经过几年的教学实践,学生们深刻理解了数字化钣金制造过程中数字量传递的过程,提高了创新研究能力,收到很好的教学效果。

Abstract:The background of digital manufacture, technology and its application in aeronautic manufacture industry is introduced in this paper. In order to cultivate the innovative talent who grasp this new technology, digital sheet metal manufacture integrated experiment is proposed. The experimental content, apparatus, process, organization pattern and innovation experimental method are introduced with choosing stretch bending as representative. The teaching procedure of innovative research is shown with taking the experimental teaching of investigation discrete stretch bending as an example. As a result, the students understand deeply the procedure of digital variables transferring. Thereby the students's ability of innovation research is improved. After several years teaching practice, good teaching effects are achieved.
