炼厂酸性气吸收工艺的实验研究

摘    要:考察了吸收剂的组成和吸收反应器结构对炼厂酸性气中硫化氢吸收反应的影响。实验结果表明,硫化氢在氯化铁体系中的吸收反应速度高于硫酸铁体系中的反应速度,在硫酸铁体系中加入适当浓度的氯离子,能加快硫化氢的吸收反应速度;硫化氢的吸收率与吸收反应器结构密切相关,喷射式反应器用于炼厂酸性气的吸收,硫化氢的吸收率可超过99%,并能有效防止硫磺的堵塞,使设备长周期运转。

Abstract:The absorption process of H_2S in refinery acid gas was studied in different absorbents and jet reactors in laboratory. The results indicate that the reaction rate of H_2S in ferric chloride absorbent is greater than that in ferric sulphate absorbent, and the reaction rate of H_2S is increased when adding moderate concentration of chlorion in ferric sulphate absorbent. The absorptivity of acid gas is related to the structure of jet reactor. The absorptivity is more than 99%. The equipment has a long-term operation without sulphur blocking up the jet reactor.
