三峡库区自然资源禀赋与产业重构路径选择

三峡库区自然资源空间布局显现出水平递更特征。以药材和水果等经济植物为主的生物资源、水能资源和生态旅游资源蕴藏丰富,以岩盐、天然气为主的特色矿产资源禀赋突出,为库区新型产业发展奠定了资源优势基础。因此,库区产业重构路径选择要以岩盐、天然气为主导的盐气化学工业、以生态旅游为主体的旅游业、以建材资源加工为主的新型建材业、以中药材资源深加工为主的医药工业、与特色农业紧密结合的食品加工工业为突破口,创建库区新型产业体系。

The Gift of Natural Resources in the Reservoir Area of the Three Gorges and the Choice of the Reconstruction of Industries

The spatial layout of natural resources in the reservoir area of the three gorges shows a characteristic of horizontal change.The area is abundant in biological resources,(most of them are economic plants like fruits and medicinal materials) water resources,ecotourism resources and mineral resources which are outstanding for rock salt and natural gas.The resources lay a firm resource foundation for developing the new industry.Therefore,the choice of the reconstruction of industries in the area should largely depend on the salt and natural gas-based chemical industry,the ecotourism resource-based tourism,the building-material-based building material industry,medicinal material-based pharmaceutical industry,and the specialty agriculture-related food-processing industry.In such a case,a new industry system has consequently been founded.
