| 摘 要： | 为了做好优秀运动队的政治思想工作和管理工作，上到国家队下到地方队，都配备了专职领队。领队在实际工作中起着承上启下、上传下达、管理队伍、组织参赛、培养人才和为国争光的重任。领队工作繁杂、平凡而不为人知，但在优秀运动队的建设中必不可少。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the job of politic maternity and management in professional teams, the national teams as well as local teams has set an occupation of team leader. They play an important role in connecting all there rations, managing the teams, organizing competitions, nurturing talents and working for the honor of the country. And they have done a great amount of common jobs that are unknown by others .So the leadership is guide necessary. |
