摘    要:针对某汽车转向器横拉杆连接杆的应力集中问题,在设计开发过程中,对连接杆主体型面结构进行优化设计,并基于Hyperworks软件进行有限元仿真,求得了优化前、后连接杆的最大应力值,验证了该优化方案的可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the stress concentration problem of the connecting rod of the tie rod of an automobile steering gear, the design of the main structure of the connecting rod is optimized in the design and development process. And the finite element simulation based on Hyperworks software is carried out. The maximum stress value of the front and rear connecting rods is obtained, and the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified.
