| 摘 要： | 水泵性能测试是评价水泵在性能上是否达到相关设计要求。介绍的水泵性能试验台控制系统采用工控机、采集控制板卡、各传感器与显示模块对水泵进行以P-Q、T-Q测试为主的性能测试,结果表明,该系统操作简单方便、测试过程自动化程度高、测试精度高。

| Abstract: | Pump performance test is to evaluate whether the performance of the water pump to meet the relevant design requirements. This paper introduces the performance test of the water pump performance test bed control system by using industrial computer, acquisition control board, each sensor and display module for the pump based on P-Q, T-Q test. The results show that the system is simple and convenient to operate. The test process has a high degree of automation and high test precision. |
