电阻式纺锭轴承内径测量仪的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了一种新研制的电阻式纺锭轴承测量仪,对其测量原理及测量精度进行了分析,证明可以代替传统的手用塞规。通过非电量电测法连续、精确地测定纺锭轴承的内径尺寸,对改善现行的纺锭轴承测量、检验以及研究其最佳工作间隙、工作状态、使用中的磨损状况,有重要意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces the fundamental principle and the measuring method of a newly developed resistance type spinding bearing measuring instrument.An analy- sis is conducted for its measuring principle and accuracy.This instrument is proved to be able replace the coventional manual plug-gauge and can measure the internal diameters of spindle bearing continuously and accurately by utilizing the electric measuring method of nonelectric quantity.The newly diveloped instrument is of great significance for improving the measuring accuracy of the existing convention- al methods,for investigating the optimal working clearances and the optimal work- ing condition,and for inspecting the wearing status in practical situation.
