| 摘 要： | 以麦德鲁姆酸和β-丙氨酸为原料，通过Hantzsch反应，合成系列10-取代芳基-3，4，6，7，8，10-六氢吡啶4，3-b]1，6]萘啶-1，9（2H，5H）-二酮化合物，该反应原料价廉易得，反应条件温和，反应时间较短并具有良好的产率（73%-91％）。所得产物的结构经IR、^1HNMR、^13CNMR和元素分析测定与其结构相吻合。

| Abstract: | A novel method for the synthesis of 10-substitutedaryl-3,4,6,7,8,10-hexahydropyrido 4,3-b]1,6]naphthyridine-1,9(2H,5H)-dione using Meldrum's acid and 3-aminopropanoic as starting materials via the Hantzsch four component condensation was shown.Conventional and inexpensive starting materials,mild reaction conditions,short reaction time and high yields of the products(73%-91%)are the noteworthy advantages of the method.The structures of all the final products were identified by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR and elemental... |
