临床厌氧菌的分离和鉴定

摘    要:本实验从60份临床标本中行厌氧菌的分离和鉴定,40份标本分离到厌氧菌,阳性率为67%,其中,牙周病的临床标本厌氧菌的检出率高达100%,阑尾脓肿和腹膜炎标本为935,胆道标本为585,一般都是与兼菌混合感染。在腹部外科临床标本中,与致病有关的主要厌氧菌弱拟杆菌(285)、消化链球菌属(205)和梭菌属(19%)。与口腔牙周炎致病有关的厌氧菌 具核梭杆菌(23%)、产黑色素拟杆菌(175)和二氧化碳噬纤维菌(20%)。从60份临床标本中分离到219株厌氧菌,其中拟杆菌属占42%,消化链球菌属占165,梭菌属占16%,梭杆菌属占11%。厌氧菌鉴定中使用了敏感且简便的微量生化分析法。对厌摒力的代谢产物使用 子色谱和气液相色谱分析。并对两者进行了比较,离子色谱法()IC)操作`简单基线稳定,能直接注射水培养物,可以推荐到临床检验中去,用以厌氧菌感染症的快速推测性诊断。

Abstract:Sixty clinical specimens were collected for isolation and identification of anaerobic bacteria. Anaerobic bacteria were isolated from forty specimens (67%). Positive rate reached 100% in periodontitis, 93% in appendicitis and peritonitis and 58% in biliary infection. Usually facultative anaerobes were mixedly isolated from specimens ( see table 1). Among the clinic specimens from abdominal surgery, the anaerobic bacteria causing disease were maily B. fragilis(28%), Peptostreptococcus ( 20%) and Fusobacterium ( 19%). The anaerobic bacteria causing orelis periodontitis were F, nuclea-tum ( 23% ) , B. melaninotenicus ( 17% ) and Capnocytophaga ( 20% ) .Two hundred and nineteen strain of anaerobic bacteria were isolated from 40 clinic specimens. Among them, there Bacteroides 42%,Peptostreptococcus 16%,Clostridium 16% and Fusobacterium 11%.In identification of anaerobic bacteria, simple and sesnsitive micro-biochemistrical method was used. We used IC and GLC. In analysing metabolic products of anaerobic bacteria both IC and GLC were used and compared, IC operation was simple, its data line was steady and liquid culture could be injected into directly. This method could be commended in rapid clinical diagnosis of anaerobic infection.
