老年人冠心病房颤与左房内径及左心功能关系的探讨

目的 探讨老年人冠心病房颤与基房内径及左心功能关系。方法 应用彩色多普勒心脏超声心动图仪测量老年冠心病房颤病人的左房内径及左心功能，并与对照组相比。结果 房颤组左房内径较对照组增大；Ｅ峰减速度房颤组与对照组有显著性差异；房颤组出现室壁运动不协调，收缩幅度下降。结论 结果提示老年人冠心病房颤能够显著扩大左房内径，且对右室内径有较大影响，合并瓣膜病变者明显高于对照组，且左心舒缩功能均较对照组下降。

Relationship between Atrial Fibrillation and the Inside Diameter of Atrium Sinistrum and Function of Left Heart of Old Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To estimate the relationship between atrial fibrillation and the inside diameter of atrium sinistrum and function of left heart of old patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Measure the inside diameter of atrium sinistrum and function of left heart by using aloppier echocare-iograply .Results The inside diameter of Af group was larger than that of control group.There was high degree difference,and the vetriculus dexter extended, combining mitral and tricuspid insufficiency, compared with control group.EDC of Af group was high degree difference isovolnmic diastole of Af group.There was both no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Last result pointed out that the atrial fibrillation of the old CHD patients can significantly expand. The inside diameter of atrium sinistrum can influence the inside diameter of venticulus dexter. The numbers of paitients combining heart valvula disease was significant more than that of control group and the diastole contract function was significantly declined.
