| 摘 要： | 本文概述几个产地的卤虫卵孵化质量、去壳卵及其无节幼体和成体的大小;幼体和去壳卵的脂肪酸,特别是高度不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)组成;成体EPA的含量和氨基酸组成.同时简介卤虫的选用及其产地分布.

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed that the hatch performance of Artemia cysts,the size of de-shell-cysts,nauplii and adult of Artemia,the composition of fatty acids,especially the highly unsaturated fatty acid(HUFA) of the de-shell-cysts and artemia nauplii,the content of eicosapentaenoic acid(20:5n-3,EPA) and the composition of amino acid of Artemia adult in different producing areas.At the same time,the select application and producing area distribution of Artemia were introduction. |
