| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法，对我国体育院校表演专业培养目标设置现状进行分析，研究发现体育院校表演专业人才培养包括应用型人才、复合型人才、高级专门人才三种类型；部分院校表演专业培养方向的定位与体育类、艺术类相近专业重叠；各院校在对人才教学、编导、表演、管理、训练、形象创作等专业能力的培养方面侧重点各有不同等。提出了体育院校表演专业培养目标设置过程中应结合时代需求，科学定位人才类型；突出专业特色，合理设置专业培养方向；重视完善人才素质、知识、能力结构等建议，以期为各院校合理定位表演专业培养目标提供相关参考。
