乡土文化之藏区牧民社会组织变迁研究--以西藏那曲嘉黎县为例

任何一个社区或者文化都与外界有着千丝万缕的联系。这在现代化的进程中尤其明显，不同的社会亦或文化，或者“城”与“乡”在这一过程中出现了或接受、或演变、或拒绝的特质。游牧社区面临着来自生态环境、传统经济方式、本土生活方式方面的挑战，但其亲系组织之间的互惠和互助仍然发挥着极其重要的作用。文章以西藏那曲嘉黎县为例，研究了游牧社区在应对现代化进程时，如何保持并发挥其本土社会组织的文化功能，从而实现多方位的人文和生态的长远可持续性共存。阐明了乡土文化在现代化进程中的重构和延续，从而说明文化形态中的任何一种元素都不是静止的，在变迁的过程中它以延续的方式通过重构融入到宏观的社会环境中。

A Research of the Changes of Nomadic Community Organizations in Tibetan Areas-A case study of Lhari County in Nagqu Prefecture,Tibet

TEvery community or culture is inextricably linked with the outside world, especially during the pro-cess of its modernization. A society or culture has to either accept or reject modernization. While nomadic com-munities encounter with the challenges in ecological environment, traditional economy, local lifestyle, the their kinship organizations play a vital role of in the mutual benefit and mutual assistance of their comunities. A re-search, taking Lhari County in Nagqu Prefecture of Tibet an example, has been done on nomadic communities ’ response to modernization, and how to maintain and develop the cultural function of thier local community organi-zations in order to achieve multi-faceted sustainable coexistence of human and ecology in the long run. This arti-cle illustrates the reconstruction and renewal of a local culture in the process of modernization, and indicates that any element in a culture is not static, in the process of modernization it reconstructs itself in order to be reinte-grated into the macro social environment.
