激光技术在玻璃加工上的应用

摘    要:介绍了激光加工的原理和激光加工的应用现状,着重分析了激光加工玻璃的实质以及影响激光加工玻璃的难易程度和加工质量的因素。指出利用激光进行光电微器件的刻蚀加工和利用激光进行高质量的艺术雕刻,是激光加工技术较有前途的发展方向。

Abstract:Glass is a kind of transparent fragile rigid material.Because of its high hardness and frailty,it is hard to manufacture with traditional preparation method.With the development of the laser technology,it offers a beneficial condition for etching and carvings of the engraving of glass.This text introduces the principles and current application situations of the laser process is emphasized to analyze laser to process vitreous substance and influence laser to process vitreous of difficult easy degree and process the factor of quality.It points out that the most prospective developing way is to make use of laser to carry on etching process of the light and electric tiny instrument and to make use of the laser to carry on art cravings with high quality.
