摘    要:在系统研究次氯酸溶液杀菌作用与浓度及pH值关系的基础上,探讨了无隔膜电解槽中电解氯化钠溶液获得合适杀菌效果次氯酸溶液的氯化钠溶液浓度、pH以及电流密度。利用优化条件下获得的次氯酸溶液进行杀菌实验,结果表明在30s内对大肠杆菌,在2min内对金黄色葡萄球菌都有很好的杀菌效果。

Abstract:Hypochlorous acid solution, which can be used for disinfection in daily life, have been prepared continuously using a convenient electrochemical device. The disinfection effect of the prepared hypochlorous acid solution was found to be closely related to the electrolysis conditions. Based on the relationship among the disinfection efficiency of hypochlorous acid solution, the available chlorine concentration and the pH, the effects of varying the concentration, pH of NaCl solution and the current density on the current efficiency and the disinfection capacity of the resulting solution were investigated. The hypochlorous acid solution prepared under optimized conditions showed excellent sterilizing effect for killing colibacillus in 30 seconds and the Staphylococcus aureus in 2 minutes.
