摘    要:采用格子Boltzmann方法模拟真实人体颈动脉血管狭窄前后脉动流场的速度、压强以及壁面剪切应力分布,给出脉动流影响下流体分离区可能出现的位置以及壁面剪切应力的分布情况,分析脉动血液流在二维不对称动脉分叉血管中容易发生动脉粥样硬化的动力学机制,并对模拟结果进行定性分析,与已有结论进行对比,为血管壁病变和动脉粥样硬化形成机制提供有用信息.

Abstract:The lattice Boltzmann method was used to simulate pulsating flow in a human carotid artery before and after stenoses.Velocity,pressure and wall shear stress distribution of the two-dimensional asymmetric bifurcation artery were given and compared during a cardiac cycle.Locations of the separation zone and wall shear stress distribution under influence of pulsating flow were demonstrated,areas prone to atherosclerosis were outlined.The simulation results were analyzed and compared with previously published data,providing a physical explanation for blood vessel lesion and atherosclerosis.
