摘    要:采用偏振光的Monte Carlo技术模拟研究了线偏振光经含有层状病变的组织散射后,背向散射光的时域光强分布.计算结果表明与入射光同偏振态的背向散射光峰值光强与病变组织的厚度或深度的关系均可用一幂函数表示.进一步的研究表明背向散射光峰值光强的时间位置仅依赖于病变深度,与病变层厚度无关.基于上述关系提出了一种利用背向散射光进行层状病变无损定位诊断的方法.

Abstract:Temporal intensity distribution of backscattered light from tissue with layered lesion was investigated using polarized Monte Carlo technique.Calculations showed a power function that can be used to describe correlation between peak intensity of co-polarized,backscattered light and lesion thickness or depth.Further investigation showed that time position of backscattered light peak was only dependent on lesion depth,but independent of lesion thickness.Taken together,a noninvasive,localized diagnosis method utilizing backscattered light for layered lesion was proposed.
