| 摘 要： | 2006年2月~2007年1月,通过对河南省34头驴体内寄生线虫的感染情况进行调查,共发现22种圆线虫,隶属于2亚科7属,其中3种为河南省新纪录种.本文详细观察和描述了冠环属Coronocyclus Hartwich,1986的3个种类:冠状冠环线虫Coronocyclus coronatus(Looss,1900),大唇片冠环线虫Coronocyclus labiatus(Lo-oss,1902)和小唇片冠环线虫Coronocyclus labratus(Looss,1900).此次调查中,大唇片冠环线虫和小唇片冠环线虫的感染率都比较高,为优势种.

| Abstract: | Thirty-four donkeys from Henan Province were examined at necropsy for strongyloid nematodes in the large intestine from February 2006 to January 2007.Twenty-two species belonging to 7 genera and 2 subfamilies have been identified,and three species are new record species in Henan Province.In the present paper,three species of the genus Coronocyclus Hartwich,1986,Coronocyclus coronatus (Looss,1900),Coronocyclus labiatus (Looss,1902) and Coronocyclus labratus (Lo-oss,1900),have been redescribed and photographed by light microscopy.In this investigation,C.labiatus and C.labratus are dominant species. |
