摘 要: | 元认知策略是指有效学习一门外语而采取的管理步骤,如计划、监控和评估。本研究通过问卷调查、大学英语四级测试卷以及写日记等定量和定性调查手段,探究了元认知策略使用与英语听力水平之间的关系以及元认知策略培训对听力理解能力和元认知策略使用意识的影响。研究发现:1)元认知策略使用与学生听力水平成正相关;2)元认知策略培训能提高学生听力理解能力;3)元认知策略培训能增加学生的元认知策略使用意识。
