基于确定性力学的破碎机齿板应力和应变有限元仿真研究

摘    要:应用确定性力学方法,对齿板应力和应变进行了有限元仿真研究,通过对仿真结果的分析,认为基于确定性力学的齿板应力和应变仿真只能部分反映其真实受力状态,齿板类零件在有限元仿真中的载荷施加方法应进一步研究,以真实地反映齿板在实际工况下的受力情况.

Abstract:The stress and strain of jaw crusher teeth plate have been simulated and studied with finite element analysis (FEA) by means of determinate mechanics. Through analysis of the simulation results, the conclusion has been gainedthat the stress and strain of the teeth plate can only reflect partially the real mechanics situation, and the loading methods of FEA of the teeth type parts should be further studied so that the teeth type parts FEA can factually reflect the practice working status of the parts.
