摘    要:外语教学过程应该是一个教师自我反思、自我理解、自我完善、自我提高的过程。反思教学是探索和反思教师课堂教学经验的一种有效手段,教师必须在具体的教学环境中不断地进行反思,才能把理论和实践有效地结合起来,才能加强教师专业化,进一步提高专业能力。

Abstract:The process of foreign language teaching should be a process of self-reflection, self-understanding, self-perfection and self-improvement made by a teacher. Reflective teaching is an effective approach to reflective classroom teaching experience. Teachers should reflect constantly in his teaching practice, and only in this way can theory and practice be effectively integrated to strengthen teachers'professional development.
