示波极谱法测定中草药中痕量钴的研究

摘    要:钴(Ⅱ)与3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚在pH值为8.0的硼砂-盐酸缓冲溶液中的反应有一灵敏的极谱络合吸附波,其峰电位在-0.74 V左右,钴质量浓度在0.001~1.4μg.mL-1范围内与二次导数峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为0.000 5μg.mL-1。对电极反应机理进行了探讨,所拟方法适用于中草药中钴含量的测定。

Abstract:In a Na2B4O7-HCl buffer solution of pH 8.0,cobalt(Ⅱ) reacts with 3-thiazolylazo-5-amino phenol and the reaction produces a sensitive polarograph adsorptive complex wave at the potential of-0.74 V.The second-order derivative peak current of the wave is linearly proportional to cobalt mass concentration in the range of 0.001~1.4 μg·mL-1.The detection limit is 0.000 5 μg·mL-1.The proposed method can be used to determine trace cobalt in Chinese herbar medicines.
