添加剂对高炉喷吹煤粉燃烧性能的影响研究

本次实验测定碳酸钙、氧化钙、氧化铁、二氧化锰以及氧化镧五种添加剂分别对煤粉燃烧性能的影响。将实验得出的数据通过与仪器配套的计算机软件进行取值分析,得出结论是各添加剂的助燃效果最好时的百分含量为:碳酸钙添加剂含量4%,氧化钙添加剂含量5%,氧化铁添加剂含量3%,添加剂二氧化锰含量2%和5%,氧化镧添加含量为1%,4%和6%。根据综合曲线分析,推荐使用二氧化锰、氧化镧和氧化铁。
