摘    要:通过沙培试验,研究氮素不同形态配比对红花芽菜产量,生物学产量,芽菜胚轴长,胚根长,胚轴粗,侧根数及硝酸盐积累量的影响。结果表明,营养液中适宜的硝铵比(50/50)有利于红花芽菜的生长发育,芽菜具有最大生物量;在硝铵比(100/0)和硝铵比氮(25/75)处理下,芽菜鲜重及产量均显著降低,不同硝铵比的氮素营养对芽菜氮素代谢影响显著。

Abstract:Sand culture was applied to investigate the influence of different combined nitrogen proportion to safflower seedling yield, biomass, the length and diameter of hypoootyls, radicle length, lateral root numbers and nitrate accumulation. Results showed that, seedlings achieved the largest amount biomass with NO3-/NH4+ ratio of 1 to 1 in nutrient solution; wet weight and yield of seedling reduced obviously under NO3-/NH4+ ratio of 100 to 0 and 25 to 75; and different NO3-N / NH4^+ -N ratio had different effect to nitrogen metabolism.
