筒鞘蛇菰提取物及松柏苷的抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:研究了筒鞘蛇菰提取物及松柏苷的抗氧化作用.采用DPPH法对简鞘蛇菰提取物、松柏苷进行了抗氧化活性的研究.结果表明,筒鞘蛇菰提取物中浓度为3mg/mL时吸光度最小,其他浓度在40min内对DPPH自由基具有一定的清除活性,并基本达到稳定状态.这说明简鞘蛇菰提取物及松柏苷均具有抗氧化作用.

Abstract:To study the anti-oxidation effect of extracts of Balanophora involucrate and trans-Coniferin, using the methods of DHHP to study the anti-oxidation effect of extracts of Balanophora involucrate and trans-Coniferin. When the concentration of the extracts of Balanophora involucrate is 3 mg/mL, the absorbency is the least; other concentrations can definitly eliminate the DPPH free radical. The conclusion is that both the extracts of the Balanophora involucrate and trans-Coniferin have anti-oxidation effects.
