| 摘 要： | 文章引入经济学中的成本一收益理论，在理性人的假设下建立模型，进行腐败根源分析并对与腐败产生相关的4个变量进行变量分析，结尾处提出相应的治理措施，着重强调言论自由与法制在反腐败中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Based upon the theory of cost-profit , the paper builds a model under hypothesis of reason people , analysises the origin of corruption and four variables being related to corruption . Some suggestions for bringing power corruption under control were offered in the end , emphasizes the important effects of speech freedom and legal institutions in anti-corruption . |
