| 摘 要： | 随着我国金融业持续快速发展，对金融从业人员的素质提出更高要求。加强对基层复合型金融人才的培养，必须要进一步调整人才培养目标定位，推进基于工作过程系统化的课程改革，加强学生职业素质教育，加大校企合作交流和订单式人才培养力度，共同培养行业所需的熟练银行柜台业务操作的基层复合型金融人才。

| Abstract: | Sustained and rapid development of national financial industry creates a higher demand on the quality of financial practitioner. In order to strengthen grassroots compound financial talents training, the college must further adjust the target orientation of talents cultivation, promote curriculum reform based on working process systematization, enhance occupational qulity education of college students, increase college--enterprise cooperation and order--orientated cultivation of talents, and be devoted to cultivating grassroots compound financial talents with skilled ability of bank counter business operation. |
