网架悬挂吊车吊点的疲劳性能试验研究

摘    要:对12个网架悬挂吊车吊点试件进行了静力及疲劳试验.对吊点试件的破坏形式进行了分析,得出高强螺栓疲劳断裂是吊点试件的主要破坏.提出了吊点高强螺栓的疲劳曲线及疲劳强度表达式.为悬挂吊车吊点的疲劳设计提供了依据.

Abstract:The static and fatigue tests of12 specimens of suspender, which connects the crane rails tothe space grids joints, are presented. BY analyzing the fatigue failure modes of susponder,the fatiguefracture of the high strength bolts is a main failure mode of the suspender spocimen. Based on theanalysis of the data of fatigue experiment by statistics,the fatigue curves of the high strength bolts insuspenders and their fatigue strength relationship are put forward. Some recommendations for thefatigue design of suspender are suggested.
