摘    要:从伺服驱动系统的传动机理出发 ,系统地研究了数控铣削力与伺服驱动系统中所提取的电流信号之间的关系模型 ,并就电流信号的滞后问题提出了一种鲁棒性能很强的智能自适应预测方法 .实验结果表明 ,所提出的间接建模方法 ,解决了智能自适应数控加工中铣削力监测这一瓶颈问题 ,具有重要的工程实用价值 .

Abstract:Based on the mechanism of the serve drive system, the relation model between the milling force and the current signal extracted the serve drive system in an NC system is discussed, and an intelligent adaptive prediction method with strong robustness for the delay of current signal is proposed. Experimental results demonstrate that the indirect modeling method for milling force is able to deal with the bottle neck of the monitoring of milling force in the intelligent adaptive NC machining.
