大流量安全阀优化设计

摘    要:本文针对采煤工作面动载荷造成的液压支架破坏问题进行了液压支架用大流量安全阀的优化设计。建立了带有气体弹簧压紧的锥阀差动结构大流量安全阀动态支配方程和优化数学模型,采用复合型寻优方法并用BASIC语言编写了液压支架用安全阀设计的通用优化程序,用该程序进行了10000L/min大流量安全阀的参数优化计算,最后用模拟试验对理论分析进行了验证,

Abstract:In this paper, the optimum design of a large flow relefvalve for hydraulic roof supports has been mabe for the damage caused to hydraulic roof supports by dynamic load in the coalfacs. A dynamic equation and a mathematical model of optimization have been established for a large flow relief valve with back gas spring, poppet and diffential construction. A complex method and BASIC language are used to work out a versatile optimum program for the design of the relief valve for hydraulic roof supports. The optimum parameters are calculated for a large flow relief valve with 10000L/min. Finally, the model test and the computer simulation are made for the large flow relief valve
