| 摘 要： | 城镇体系的形成与发展始终受地理环境、资源和能源等条件的制约，有的城镇原本是一个非常小的自然居民点，后因某种资源或能源的大量开发而发展成为规模较大的城镇，相反，由于某种资源的短缺，使得某些城镇的发展受到了一定的制约，这在内蒙古城镇体系规划中尤为突出。

| Abstract: | The forming and developing of the town system is always restricted by the geography environment,resources and the sources of energy.Some towns are originally smaller natural dwellings.Nevertheless,they becom those on larger scale on account of the great number exploiting to some kinds of resources or the sources of energy.Contrary to this,some towns are restricted in development due to the short of some kinds of resources.This is particularly protruding in the plan of the town system in Inner Mongolia. |
