摘    要:本文提出用28SiMnB钢代替60Si_2Mn钢作钢板弹簧,解决汽车生产中的材料选择与材料评价问题。

Abstract:From the three principles of material selecting and material designing i. e., accounting both strengthness and toughness, considering together economic effect and product condition, and developing the full capabitity of the material through afterwards treatment, we carried out our material design and explained the reason to replace 60Si_2Mn with 28SiMnB. The exoerimental results are reported.
