珠光香青挥发性化学成分研究

摘    要:采用分析型超临界CO2流体萃取技术(SFE-CO2)与传统水蒸气蒸馏法(SD),提取中药珠光香青挥发油,并通过气相色谱。质量谱联用技术测定了提取物的化学成分,从中分别鉴定出44和53个化合物,主要包括百里酚、谷巢醇、豆巢醇、木栓酮等成分。

Abstract:Anaphalis marguuritacea, a Chinese medicinal herb, was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide and steam distillation. The extractions of SFE-CO 2 and SD were analyzed by GC/MS respectively. Comparing different results of the two ways, we think that the method of Supercritical Fluid Extraction might get more polarity components than the method of steam distillation, Therefore it can be widely utilized to analyze Chinese medicinal herbs.
