补偿运算放大器带宽增益影响滤波器性能的新方法

摘    要:Sallen-Key滤波器在高频下工作时,由于运算放大器的带宽增益的下降,会严重地恶化滤波器的性能。本文提出了一种补偿带宽增益值影响滤波器性能的新方法,此方法仅需在原滤波器电路中增加一个电阻元件,便能使滤波器的性能与理想情况下一致。本文论述了此法的原理,分析了经补偿后整个滤波器的性能及其灵敏度。

Abstract:In high frequency applications of the Sallen and Key filter, the gain bandwidth of the operational amplifier can seriously degrade the performance of the filter. A new method of compensation for the effects of gain bandwidth is presented in this paper. The method consists of modifying the basic filter configuration by adding another resistive element to provide the necessary compensation. This paper describes such method and discusses performance and sensitivity of the filter.
