| 摘 要： | 对噁唑硼烷催化前手性酮砜不对称还原反应进行了半经验MNDO研究.结果表明,该不对称还原反应是放热的,反应的手性控制步骤是氢从BH3向酮羰基碳的转移,氢转移反应通过一个六元环过渡态完成,是不可逆的.

| Abstract: | The asymmetric reduction of ketosulfone with borane catalyzed by oxazaborolidine is computed by means of the semi-empirical MNDO method.As shown,this asymmetric reduction is exothermic.The chirality-controlled step for this reduction is the hydride transfer from the BH_3 moiety to the carbonyl carbon of ketosulfone.The hydride transfer is irreversible and is realized via a transition state with a six-membered ring. |
