This paper analyzes the management status quo and main problems existing in design institutes and engineering corporations at present.According to the theory system and criterion request of the foreign authority organization,the author discusses the classification cultivating using of the project manager,as well as the skills and outlines of multi-projects coordination management.In the end,the author puts forward the opinion of how to improve work efficiency of project management and how to settle the problem of management dislocation.
