摘    要:煤气化炉是整体煤气化联合循环发电(IGCC)的一个主要设备。通过建立煤气化炉仿真系统,可以模拟各种工况下,系统输入量如煤量、氧煤比等参数同粗煤气产量之间的变化情况,便于操作工人熟悉系统控制流程,同时可以为系统的分析优化提供依据。以虚拟仪器Labview软件为设计平台,充分利用其丰富的图形功能和数学计算功能,可以快速建立整个仿真系统。所建立的仿真系统试验结果表明,仿真界面易于操作,输出参数结果同已知文献结果对比吻合。

Abstract:One major equipment of the integrated coal gasification cycle combination is the coal gasifier. The simulation system of the coal gasifier is to emulate the correlation between inputs such as the amount of coal, the ratio of oxygen to coal, etc. and the raw coal gas outputs under different working conditions. The system is helpful for manipulators to master the control process, and is capable to provide the reference data to actual system analysis and optimization. Based on Labview, the simulation system can be established quickly with the support of the abundant graphic functions and powerful mathematics solvers. Test results of the system indicate that the interface is easy to operate and the simulation outputs are identical to the reference data.
