我国货币供应量合理界限的实证分析

在现代货币经济中，货币供应量的扩张与收缩很大程度上决定着2个重要经济变量，即经济增长率和通货膨胀率的变动，其中，不同层次的货币供应量的比例不同以及各层次货币供应量的增长率不同，对经济增长率和通货膨胀率的影响也不同，通过对货币供应量合理界限的分析和国际比较，得出了在较低通货膨胀水平条件下保持国民经济高速增长的货币供应量基本约束条件，货币当局应按经济成长的速度，长期稳定地增加货币从应量，即可保持物价稳定，使失业率保持在自然失业率水平，又可使经济体系处于均衡状态，这对合理制定经济政策有重要的现实指导意义。

In modern economics, the expansion or reduction of currency supply will greatly affect the economy growth rate and inflation rate. With the analysis and comparison on the currency supply's reasonable limits in China and other countries, this article gave the basic restrictive conditions of currency supply which may maintain the high economy development speed with low inflation rate. The results are instructive to our policy makers.
