| 摘 要： | 骨骼标本洁白美观,并可长期保存,是开展关于动物的科研和教学的必备资料之一.其制作程序一般为:动物的处死、去皮、剔肉、去骨髓、腐蚀、漂白等,再按照骨的自然状态、位置将之有序串连、安装而成.文章以绵羊为对象探讨动物骨骼标本制作过程.

| Abstract: | The skeleton specimen is white and beautiful,and can be preserved for a long time,so it is one of the most important material for researching and teaching.Generally the way to make the skeleton specimen includes to execute animals,peel off the skin,pick the flesh and marrow out,corrosion,bleach,etc.As the end conjunct all the bones in natural order and put it on the shelf.The method of preparing Sheep skeleton specimen were discussed in this paper. |
