5种抗寒剂对早稻湘早籼25号幼苗的耐寒生理鉴定及其利用

摘    要:试验结果表明,在相同低温胁迫条件下,经聚乙二醇处理的湘早籼25号秧苗不仅电导率低,干重大,而且可溶性糖和叶绿素总含量高,表明5种抗寒剂中聚乙二醇对水稻秧苗具有较好的抗寒效果。

Abstract:The experiment shows that PEG-treated rice Xian g 25(indica type), as other treatments under the same low-temprature duress, po ssesses the lowest electrical conductivity, the most dry weight, and the most ch lorophyll and soluble sugar. This indicates that among five chilling-endurance substances, PEG possesses a better chilling-resistance.
