| 摘 要： | 讨论行业引力和企业实力所涉及的主要因素，及其对企业制定并购战略时的影响．提出用行业引力－企业实力矩阵（以下简称Ｉ－Ｐ矩阵），辅助企业制定并购战略和对企业制定的并购战略进行技术分析和评价的新思路，为企业合理、有效地制定并购战略提供科学的决策依据．

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the influence of the key factors in the attractiveness of industry and the strength of enterprise on the formulation of enterprise merger and acquisition strategies. A new concept is developed for supporting enterprises to formulate their merger and acquisition strategies as well as analyzing and evaluating the merger and acquisition strategies they have made in order to provide scientific support when enterprises decide to make their merger and acquisition strategies. |
