摘    要:以某发电厂凝汽器铜镍合金(BFe30-1-1)点腐蚀失效为例,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射,分析了在循环冷却水环境中BFe30-1-1铜镍合金发生点腐蚀的形貌和腐蚀产物的组成.通过腐蚀失重法和电化学测试手段,研究了在循环冷却水环境中影响BFe30-1-1铜镍合金点腐蚀的因素并提出相应的防护措施.

Abstract:This paper describes a fundamental investigation of the corrosion behavior of copper-nickel alloy in cooling water environment, utilizing light optical, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The principal objectives of the research are to examine the fundamental mechanism of corrosion attack, and to study the effect of alloy composition and the water composition on the corrosion process.The work involves measurements of total weight loss and further information obtained by electrochemical monitoring.Finally,the measurements to prevent corrosion attack have been suggested.
