摘    要:采用二甲基黄(DMY)染料,以聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为基体,制备辐射致色膜.该膜经~(60)Coγ照射时,吸收15~25kGy剂量由黄色变为红色.颜色变化明显,目视方便.含有紫外吸收剂的DMY辐射致色膜颜色稳定,不受光、湿度等环境因素的影响,可作为医疗产品辐射消毒中的“照-未照”指示剂.

Abstract:A radiochromic film dyed with dimethyl yellow (DMY) is blended in matric polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Its color is changed from yellow to red within dose range 15~25kGy irradiated by Cobalt-60 gamma ray. The color of the film is distinguished easily by eyes before and after irradiation and is insensitive to environmental conditions such as light, humidity. It is suitable to be used as "go- nogo" indicator for radiation sterilization of medical devices.
