摘    要:在利用相位法进行三维物体表面轮廓测量时,由于CCD摄像机存在的景深问题,影响了获取相位的准确性。本文就“景深”引起的相位测量误差及其允许的“景深”范围进行了研究。给出了该相位误差对应的高度误差与“景深”范围的关系式,根据这一关系式,可在确定系统允许的高度测量误差的情况下,确定“景深”范围。

Abstract:When using a measurement system for the 3-dimensional object surface based on phase method, because of the problem of depth of field in CCD camera, it will affect the allowable measurement precision of phase. The paper researches the phase error caused by the problem of depth of field and the allowable range of depth of field in measurement. It provides the expression of the allowable height error caused by this phase error and the depth of field. According to the expression, if the allowable height error of the measurement system is confirmed, the depth of field will be gotten.
