| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种自动售货机主控制系统的总体设计，并详细阐述了自动售货机128路直流货道电机控制部分的设计与实现，首先从总体上介绍了自动售货机主控制系统的组成和功能，详细分析了其中电机驱动控制部分的设计需求，从硬件和软件2个方面介绍了电机驱动部分的设计与实现方法，重点讨论了系统检测的抗干扰设计以及故障的诊断处理方法，使系统具备了高度的稳定性和可靠性，经过现场测试，整个系统能够在各种条件下持续，平稳，可靠地工作。

| Abstract: | The overall design of a vending machine controller is introduced. Furthermore, the implementation of up to 128 DC motor drives is also introduced. First of all, the compositions and functions of the vending machine controller is presented. Then the requirements to design the motor drives are presented and after which the detail procedures to implement the motor drives are presented from the aspects of the hardware and the software. The strong reliability of this system is achieved via employing several methods of anti-jamming and detecting, executing diagnosis. The whole system demonstrates the capability of working continuously, smoothly, and reliably in various conditions in field trial. |
